About UsTimberland Estates is a small community in and of itself with 17 families who work, play and communicate with each other. With our various committees, activities, homeowner internet forum and Board of Directors, Timberland Estates strives to keep its owners safe, informed, entertained and knowledgeable about the community in which we live.
The primary role of the Association is to maintain aesthetic control, enforce the governing documents, and care for the Association owned common areas.
